Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete a number of standard confidential online questionnaires. These relate to your general health, level of fitness, emergency contact details etc.
You will also be invited to complete The Judgement Index online assessment, the results of which will be fed back to you in confidential 1-1 sessions and will inform our ongoing discussions with you during your stay with us.
We actively encourage our clients to take part in all of the sessions throughout their stay with us as we know that when taken together, our programme will achieve the outcomes you want.

Our 7-day retreat programme is curated around three pillars: mind work, body work and energy work. Each session will be centred on at least one of these elements ensuring participants know how to strike the right balance between their emotional, physical and psychological needs.
Each day of the retreat includes ample time for personal reflection, peer-to-peer interaction, group discussions and personal coaching with our retreat hosts if desired.
Through our partnership with Salvum Clinic, located at the Santara Resort, you will be able to have a 'Well Man' and 'Well Woman' check-up during the retreat. Salvum Clinic also offers a range of cosmetic and other treatments designed to improve your self-image and confidence so you return to work, not only feeling great but looking amazing!
